Customers have the right to return the product/ products within 14 calendar days after receiving them, by sending the request via e-mail (email@example.com) to the company, with the obligation to cover the returning cost to the company’s store at Av. Karamanli & Evryalis., Larissa.
In this case, the company will return the customers’ money to the bank account that they will indicate, within 14 days after receiving the above email. The product/ products should be returned to the company in its original packaging, along with all the documents accompanying the product (e.g. DAT, Retail Sale, etc.) and it should be undamaged.
If the refund is due to the company, the cost of return is covered by the company. Returns will be accepted only upon approval by the company and after inspection of the returned product/ products.
Returns of Defective Products
If you received a faulty or damaged product, please inform the company by sending the request via fax (+30 2410 579887), via e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) or via telephone (+30 2410 579885-886) within the next 8 hours in order to take responsibility. Otherwise, the refund cannot be made.
