Indications

Suggestions: since each individual is different metabolism under excercise has a different response to energy food, it is recommended to optimize bar consumption first during training, and afterwards in competitions.

Instructions

Before:
Eat 1 ENERGY bar about 60-90 minutes before the beginning of sports activities, with about 1 glass of water.

During:
Long races: consume 1 ENERGY bar at regular intervals of about 1,5-2 hrs in the fist part of the competition or training with some water or Performance Sete
Medium-length races: consume 1 ENERGY bar at about half of the training or competition, with some water or Performance Sete.
