Arginine is an amino acid involved in serveral important metabolic processes. Nitric oxide and creatine synthesis are two processes, which require arginine. Citrulline is a precursor amino acid of arginine and nitric oxide. Vitamin B12 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Zinc contributes to normal testosterone levels in the blood.

Indications

Instructions

3 tablets per day, preferably between meals. It is recommended to take 2 tablets approximately 1 h before exercise and 1 tablet before going to sleep.

Synthesis

L-Arginine alpha-ketoglutarate (AKG), bulking agent: cellulose; L-Citrulline DL-malate, zinc gluconate, anticaking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).
